How it works

Three steps, and we carry the rest

You tell us your situation once. From there the chasing is ours — the facility, the paperwork, the licence body, the start date.

01

Pick your region on the map

Switch between Canada and the U.S. and choose where you want to work. The map shows how many roles are live in each region.

02

Compare what is actually open

Filter by specialty and contract type. Facility, shift, term and pay are on every posting, so you can rule roles out without a phone call.

03

Send your details once

We make the introduction, manage credentialing and stay with you to your start date.

Moving between Canada and the United States

Well-trodden ground. It is mostly a matter of doing the steps in the right order — the part we handle.

01 — Licensure

Provincial college in Canada; state board or a compact licence in the U.S.

02 — Credentials

Education, registration history and NCLEX-RN, verified by the receiving board.

03 — Authorisation

We line your paperwork up with the facility so the start date holds.

Requirements vary by province, state and your individual history — and they change. Treat this as an overview, not legal or immigration advice. Talk to us and we will map out your specific path.

Support that continues

We don't disappear after the placement

The same person who placed you handles the extension, the next contract and anything that goes sideways on the unit. You are not handed to an account manager you have never spoken to.

  • Extensions and next contracts arranged before the current one ends
  • Credential and licence expiry tracked on your behalf
  • A direct line if something on the unit is not as described

Questions nurses ask

Straight answers, before you commit

Does it cost anything?

No. Our fee is paid by the facility that hires you. You will never be asked for a placement fee.

What exactly is a travel contract?

A fixed-term assignment, most often 13 weeks, usually with housing support and weekly pay. Contracts can often be extended.

How quickly can I start?

Local shifts can start the same week if your documents are current. Travel and cross-border placements take two to six weeks.

Can a Canadian nurse work in the U.S.?

Yes — one of the most common moves we support. You will need NCLEX-RN, a state board licence, credential verification and work authorisation. We map the sequence for your province and target state first.

Which specialties do you place?

ICU, ER, OR, med-surg, telemetry, oncology, pediatrics, maternity, mental health, dialysis, rehab, long-term care, community and rural/remote.

Do you place new graduates?

Yes — usually permanent, long-term care or community roles with structured orientation. Travel contracts ask for one to two years' experience.

Real roles, real rates. Costs nothing, commits you to nothing.
